Refund Policy

At BazarNeed, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.Bazaarneed India Pvt Ltd gives you a full refund with no hidden charges. If you do not like any product, you need to send a refund request within 7 days Please review the following guidelines:

 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a refund under the following conditions:

 

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Refunds are not applicable for certain categories, including perishable goods, personalized items, or digital products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following products are not eligible for a refund:

 

Digital products or downloads once accessed.

Perishable items, food, and consumables.

Personalized or customized products.

Items purchased on clearance or during special promotional sales.

Gift cards and store credit purchases.

  1. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

If approved, we will process and credit  your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method .

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be  processed and credited  within 7-10 business days    to the original payment method.

  1. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

If the order was placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
