1. DEFINITIONS

Credit Information means collectively the Credit Information Report, Credit Score and Credit Data Analysis Deliverables;

Credit Information Report means the credit information reports which shall be generated by the Credit Bureaus by using their tools, algorithms and devices including, but not limited to, the credit history, the credit behaviour of the Individual Consumer or any other information provided in such credit information report which is construed as credit information as defined under the credit information laws, as could also be provided at the only discretion of the Credit Bureaus;

Credit Score means the score which shall be began within the Credit Information Report and therefore the Credit Data Analysis Deliverables including such credit scores constituting credit scoring as defined in the credit information laws, as may be provided at the sole discretion of the Credit Bureaus, by using their tools, algorithms and devices;

Credit Data Analysis Deliverables means the Credit Score, inferences, rule sets in reference to the Credit Information of the Individual Consumer computed by the Credit Bureaus by using their tools, algorithms and devices including, but not limited to, the credit history, the credit behaviour of the Individual Consumer and the other information provided in such Credit Information Report and sent to the Bazarneed Platform, and, the Individual Consumer s e-mail, with appropriate aggregations

3 .YOUR ACCOUNT

To avail the Service, you must be having a valid account with Bazarneed, or, must create a valid account with Bazarneed. By registering with Bazarneed, you agree and certify that:

You are 18 years of age or older

• Any information you provide to us, both once you register and within the future, is and can be true, accurate, current and complete
• you're only registering an account for yourself and agree to not use, or, plan to use, the Service to obtain/receive any Credit Information about the other person than you
• You will keep all information up to date
• You have registered on the Bazarneed Platform and have chosen to avail the Service voluntarily and at your free will for your own benefit and Bazarneed has not made any promises or representations to you so as to induce you to grant your consent or Authorization under these terms and conditions, including but not limited to, consent for sharing your personal identifiable information with the Credit Bureaus.

You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bazarneed account, including but not limited to your login ID and password, your Credit Information and for restricting access to your device ( Device ) through which the Bazarneed Platform and/or your Credit Information can be accessed. It is your responsibility to guard your Device from any harmful and destructive software, programs, code including but not limited to viruses that would end in the breach of confidentiality of your Bazarneed account or your Credit Information. You comply with accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password including any request from your account. You agree to notify Bazarneed immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Bazarneed reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the above, Bazarneed retains the right at its sole discretion to deny access to anyone to the Bazarneed Platform and the Services that are offered on the Bazarneed Platform, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Credit Information and Loan Referral Terms&Conditions, or of the Bazarneed Website and Terms &Conditions , or, of the Bazarneed Privacy Policy, as appearing on the Bazarneed website. You agree and acknowledge that the terms and conditions of The Credit Bureaus shall also apply to your use of this Service.

4. SUSPENSION/TERMINATION AND DEACTIVATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

Bazarneed may suspend or terminate your account or your use of the Service at any time without notice, if Bazarneed suspects that any information / documents that you have provided are untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete or if is suspects that you are in breach of any of these Credit Information and Loan Referral T&Cs, or of the Bazarneed Website and Terms &Conditions , or, of the Bazarneed Privacy Policy, as appearing on the Bazarneed website. Further, Bazarneed reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or stop the provision of this Service, at any time, at sole discretion of Bazarneed and your use of such Service shall automatically terminate/end ( Termination ).

Notwithstanding anything captured in these Credit Information and Loan Referral T&Cs, any clause of these T&Cs that by its nature is intended to survive the Termination shall survive such Termination.

Upon Termination, your right and license to access and/or use the Service immediately ceases. If the Termination involves the termination of your account with Bazarneed, your User ID shall be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access or use the Service. Further, your personal information that is in the possession of Bazarneed will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF THE SERVICE

You agree to use the Service only to access your Credit Information and agree to provide your true, accurate and current information such as your full name, date of birth, address of residency, PAN number, mobile number and any other information as sought for in the Bazarneed Platform while raising a request for your Credit Information on the Bazarneed Platform (Request). The Service provided herein is subject to you providing your true and accurate information while raising the Request and providing all the required documents, if any, as requested by Bazarneed. Each Request shall be for the Credit Information of one person only and an Individual Consumer can raise a Request for his Credit Information only, even if he has access to the personal details of any other consumer or an authorization from any other consumer, including, but not limited to his siblings, spouse, parents, relative, etc. There may be a failure to process a Request by Bazarneed or by The Credit Bureaus in the event the particulars, details and/or the documents, furnished by you, do not match the information existing with The Credit Bureaus and/or Bazarneed, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, data not accepted by the data collection system maintained by The Credit Bureaus or Bazarneed or incomplete upload of data provided by you in relation to this Service. There may also be a failure to process your Request if the authentication process as may be prescribed by Bazarneed is not successfully completed. Bazarneed shall inform you of such failures.

Any analysis and estimates provided by Bazarneed as part of the Services are for illustrative and informational purposes only. The analysis and estimates are based on certain assumptions and use only available with The Credit Bureaus. The analysis and estimates, referred to herein, are neither endorsed by, nor commissioned by Bazarneed or The Credit Bureaus or any of Bazarneed marketing partners. The methodology which Bazarneed uses to determine which offers, analysis, or other information is presented or highlighted is proprietary and Bazarneed may elect to consider, ignore, emphasize, or de-emphasize certain factors in its sole and absolute discretion.

Bazarneed does not guarantee that the information Bazarneed present s as part of our Services, including but not limited to the Credit Information, Credit Information Report or Credit Score, is the same information which will be used or reviewed by a 3rd party to assess your creditworthiness or eligibility for any particular product or service.

8. Credit/Loan REPAYMENT

The Repayment for the entire Loan shall be made monthly installments on a specific date 5 in every month.

Manner to be specified by the Lender on approval of your application .

You comply with pay us legal and processing fees to be computed using the principal loan amount

Applied for the fees shall be included within the final instalment in reference to expenses incurred by us

In reference to the processing of your application , approval, for preparation of the

Contract Execution and disbursement of our credit facilities to you.

The statement of the Lender on the speed, mode or amount of interest and penalties payable shall,

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

This Service is for informational purposes only and is intended to provide helpful and informative material on the subjects addressed. Bazarneed does not control your Credit information, Credit Information Report and Credit Score, which is a statistical analysis of information contained in your credit file as maintained in the system and database of The Credit Bureaus and we cannot change that information for you. However, if information in your report is inaccurate and is affecting your score, you have the right to dispute it by directly with The Credit Bureaus through their website.

Credit Information and/or services offered under the Services on the Bazarneed Platform are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of correctness, completeness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall Bazarneed be liable to any party for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Credit Information, the Bazarneed Platform, or any linked web site, or arising out of the loan facility granted/not granted or any other action by any partner bank/NBFs, including without limitation, lost profits, loss of use, business interruption, or other economic losses, loss of programs or other data, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other action, even if Bazarneed is advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree and acknowledge that information and content, including but not limited to the Credit Information, provided on or through the Bazarneed Platform and the Individual Consumer s access of the Bazarneed Platform does not create a client-consultant or any other professional relationship between you and The Credit Bureaus or between you and Bazarneed. By providing you with the Services on the Bazarneed Platform, The Credit Bureaus or Bazarneedis not engaged in rendering any industry-related, legal, accounting, tax, consulting, investment or other professional advice or services to you or any other party. The information and content, including but not limited to the Credit Information, provided on or through the Bazarneed Platform is not intended to be relied upon for making business, investment or other decisions.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under this Agreement by reasons, events or other matters beyond our reasonable control.

Password Security

Any password we offer to you'll be used only during the Term to access Your Account, respectively, (or other tools we provide) to use the Service, electronically accept Your Transactions, and review your completed transactions. You are solely liable for maintaining the safety of your password. You may not disclose your password to any third parties (other than third parties authorized by you to use Your Account follow this Agreement) and are solely responsible for any use of or action is taken under your password. If your password is compromised, you want to immediately change your password.
